SERGED Teaching Academy

SERGED Teaching Academy, carries out teacher training activities that take into account the
continuing professional development needs of teachers and administrators working in educational institutions at all levels, at the local and European level. It carries out research and training courses development activities at local and European level, in order to determine the needs of teachers by taking into account their professional development needs. SERGED teacher academy works closely with the local education institutions where teachers working at all levels and Serik District National Education Directorate. It organizes short-term planned professional development courses to support the professional development of teachers and to prepare novice teachers for the profession.
